Sunrise Yoga with Janine Martins

Join Janine for a mind-body reset with a Hatha/Vinyasa yoga practice. You can expect breath exercises (Pranayama), postures (Asanas) to build strength and mobility, as well as a closing meditation (Dhyana). Open to all levels of practice – beginners welcome.
