Palm Heights is located right in the middle of Seven Mile Beach, one of the most coveted beaches in the Caribbean. Our limited number of suites ensure our guests freely enjoy the outstanding beauty of Seven mile beach. Guests can indulge in beach service as well as a number of beach activities including snorkelling, paddle boarding, kayaking and motorised water sports.
Our landscaped grounds include The Coconut Club beach bar and lounge, Tillies our iconic beach front restaurant two pools, jacuzzi, a secret garden with outdoor ping pong, The Garden, our athletic club and spa as well as Seven Mile Beach’s only rooftop. Our team prides itself on being approachable to help with whatever it is you may need.
All our rooms are suites featuring generous living space, marble clad bathrooms with two vanities and separate bedroom space. Rooms feature a retox/detox fridge Each suite also offers an ocean view with 7 mile offering a shallow beachfront which means that rooms are never too far from the calm turquoise waters of the Caribbean Sea.
There are two pools located on property serviced by attendants from 7am until 7pm daily. Our main pool features a bar where you can play games or enjoy pool service with lounge seating along the deck. Our turtle pool is more secluded allowing guests to enjoy a little more privacy. The Turtle pool also features two hammocks, raised deck setting and a jacuzzi.
The Garden celebrates wellness as a social activity. Modelled on a traditional Belgian garden, the Garden is a botanical stage for an outdoor athletic club and spa which will host a programme focusing on active wellness and regenerative wellbeing for the mind, gut and skin inspired by the influences and produces of The Caribbean.
Food is the heart of Palm Heights. Sharing food is the most participatory activity we indulge in on a daily basis and culinary collaborations are the lifeblood of the estate. Spearheaded by Gerardo Gonzalez, our food program features permanent dining spaces including Tillies led by Chef Jake Brodsky and The Coconut Club featuring Dr Aris Latham as well as collaborative residency projects with an esoteric mix of chefs, artists, food scientists, designers and academics.

Tillie's is a clean and refined approach to classic Caribbean dishes, inspired by local produce, seafood, and farms.
