S10 X PALM HEIGHTS RETREAT
Led by Stephen Cheuk, master trainer and founder of private Tribeca training studio S10, the retreat will feature between 2-4 optional workouts per day with a mixture of swimming, strength and conditioning, boxing, yoga, paddle boarding and recovery sessions.
