With his partner Georgie an injury/pain rehabilitation practitioner who utilises the modalities of acupuncture, subtle energy work and cupping to gently usher your body towards postural awareness. Posture is inherently about feeling anew, standing up tall, reminding yourself of your innate strength to walk gracefully through each season life brings.
