The Palm Heights Athletics Active Fitness Schedule features a range of classes focused on wellness, sport and performance. Classes are designed to meet you at your fitness goals while challenging your body and energising your mind.
Offering an assortment of classes, guests of Palm Heights Athletics can take part in active flow yoga, natural heat pilates, full body conditioning, beach workouts, restorative practice, and classes aimed at activating the body’s natural digestion and detox process.
No one class is the same and we encourage you to try them all. Push your limits and surprise yourself with classes outside of the normal and find your new routine.
**The full class schedule begins November 30.
All classes, with the exception of Run Club, are priced at 25 KYD. A valid credit card is required to secure any reservation. Cancellations under 24 hours and no shows will be charged in full.
