Led by Nikita Ramchandani, founder of frontier Hong Kong yoga studio KITA, the retreat will feature two movement classes per day with a mixture of strength-based flow yoga, sculpt and restorative yoga recovery sessions. Classes are structured to help you strengthen the body, find freedom in movement and clarity in thought. 

WHAT’S INCLUDED?

DAY ONE

 8am Morning Flow + Meditation 

Signature KITA flow; a strength based dynamic yoga flow to feel good 

9.30am Refresh 

Light bites/ smoothie/ gut health tonic 

6pm Sundown Mellow Flow 

Slow, mindful, breath-centred yoga class 

 

DAY TWO

12pm Sculpt 

A full body exercise focusing on slow and controlled movements that will challenge your core and coordination. A slow burn 

1.30pm Refresh 

Light bites/ smoothie/ gut health tonic 

6pm Sundown Mellow Flow 

 

DAY THREE

7am Honey Flow 

Invigorating practice followed by mobility work and restorative postures] 

830am Refresh 

Light bites/ smoothie/ gut health tonic 

6pm Mindfulness Practice 

Easy stretches to then settle into a guided meditation] 

Open space during the day to explore, engage in 1:1 work, participate in recreational activities or find self-care from the Garden Club Spa menu.
