Team Jamacia London-based professional Olympic Weightlifter Whylie undertook a training residency in Palm Heights for Spring 2022. Whilst representing Jamacia on the international stage Whylie also is an accomplished spoken word artist. During her time in Cayman she not only concluded a training block focusing on the summers Commonwealth Games but also spread her passion for the importance of weight training in any wellness routine by holding one on one and group training sessions.
