In collaboration with acclaimed chef Angela Dimayuga and her “10 Essential Filipino Dishes,” featured in the New York Times, Palm Heights is proud to celebrate the global diaspora of the contemporary cuisine and culture of the Philippines. Inviting our guests, staff, and the Filipino communities of Grand Cayman, we invited karaoke destination PoPo Jebs and local band Asha to showcase the dishes and techniques of Dimayuga and, chef in resident, Silver Cousler, for an evening of exploration and exchange to the likes, which, have never been seen before on iconic Seven Mile Beach.
