His innovative take on traditional Vietnamese cuisine, blending French techniques and local produce, earned him acclaim as Paris’s “Bánh Mì King.” Following successful projects in Geneva and Tokyo, Minh-Tri Tran Dinh is now preparing to open his own restaurant in Paris.
