Raised in his parents’ Vietnamese restaurant, Chef Minh honed his skills at the world-renowned culinary school. Ferrandi, before training in top Parisian kitchens like Cam and Bambino. His innovative take on traditional Vietnamese cuisine, blending French techniques and local produce, earned him acclaim as Paris’s “Bánh Mì King.” Following successful projects in Geneva and Tokyo, Minh-Tri Tran Dinh is now preparing to open his own restaurant in Paris.
