Considered to be the father of gourmet ethical raw foods cuisine, Dr Aris Latham has been a pioneer of Sunfired foods, a culinary regime of raw vegan edible arts with global reach featuring delightful recipes such as raw ackee scramble, masala plantain and memorable fresh juices. Now at Palm Heights, Dr Latham hosts workshops, demonstrations as well as culinary training programs for students to take home his culinary principles and practices.
