Seoul-born and California-raised, Chef Susan Kim cooked at Chez Panisse before moving to New York in 2016. During the pandemic she launched Doshi, a roving pop-up inspired by doshirak, traditional Korean packed lunches. Susan has held residencies at Early June in Paris, and has popped up at restaurants including Voodoo Vin, Kismet, Snail Bar, Leo, Bonnie’s, and more. We are thrilled to welcome Susan Kim this July.
