Chef Kareem El-Ghayesh – KG Beach BBQ
Since 2016, Egyptian-born Kareem “KG” El-Ghayesh has trained under some of Texas’ most respected pitmasters, mastering the art of smoked meats while fusing Egyptian flavors with Central Texas barbecue traditions. In October 2022, he opened KG BBQ, a vibrant expression of this unique culinary blend. His innovative approach earned him a 2023 StarChefs Rising Star Award.
