Join us for two dinners at the Residency Kitchen, Friday and Sunday.

Chef Reece Moore, Palm Heights executive Chef, has spent over 16 years honing his craft in some of the most revered kitchens. From Michelin-starred restaurants in London, to working Paris, Brussels, South of France, USA and Australia, his experience is both technique and product-led philosophy. Reece’s approach is ingredient-driven, with a focus on purity of flavour and letting the product speak for itself. His cooking is bold yet refined – drawing on bright citrus, lush fats, and tart, complex acidity to create balanced, expressive dishes. Join us on Friday 16th and Sunday 18th May from 7pm at 150kyd.
