Chef Luis Herrera brings his Venezuelan heritage and broader Latin American influences to his celebrated Mexican seafood concept, Ensenada, with locations in Brooklyn and Miami. A permanent student of Mexican cuisine, Luis was a James Beard Best Chef: New York semifinalist in 2024, and Ensenada was named one of Bon Appetit’s Best Restaurants of 2023.
