International Track & Field athletes Lina and Laviai Nielsen will host a bespoke retreat focused on their two loves, yoga and running. Lina, a qualified yoga teacher, will be hosting her second exclusive Palm Heights curated retreat harnessing her professional athlete know-how with her expertise in yoga practice and Laviai her twin sister will join her for this unique chance for retreat guests to train with an Olympian. Both Lina and Laviai have represented Great Britain internationally in Track and Field specialising in the 400m flat and hurdles.
Palm Heights Resident Executive Chef Jake Tyler Brodsky will be hosting a Chef’s Table Menu sharing an array of delicious and healthy treats from local produce.
