Jump Rope Class
Experience the fun full-body workout with our Jump Rope class combines a progression of learning and training jump rope skills while incorporating exercises focusing on your Core, Lower Body and Upper Body. You will be challenged to learn new skills each day, while crushing your workout, leaving you with an extra boost of confidence and energy for the rest of your day.
